• Understanding of Transportation Operations and Supply Chain Management.
• College degree preferred; may substitute with experience.

Responsibilities

• Stand in for team members in appointment scheduling or late-coding.
• Assist Transportation Logistics Supervisor in scheduling efficiencies.
• Reduce appointment misses and related issues.
• Support the Perdue appointment team with scheduling and customer service.
• Schedule appointments as directed by management.
• Manage appointment issues and identify trends.
• Produce late-code-related reports as needed.
• Support the customer service team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
