Job summary

Sika is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator at our Benicia, California production facility to support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory functions. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, SAP-based processes, and cross-functional collaboration with Logistics, Production, and Quality teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in warehouse or logistics, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders while supporting

Qualifications

2-3 years in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
Experience with SAP in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain safe, clean, organized work environment and support safety programs.
Coordinate daily shipping and receiving to meet deadlines.
Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers about schedules and issues.
Prepare shipping/receiving/inventory documentation with accuracy.
Process shipment transactions in SAP accurately and on time.
Assist inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reporting.
