Job summary

Sika is seeking a 3rd shift Shipping Clerk to support order fulfillment and shipping operations. You will handle data entry, process paperwork, and ensure FIFO compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, processing material handling requests, submitting ASNs, and maintaining accurate shipping records. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and 2+ years in shipping, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years experience in shipping preferred.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented with accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.

• Schedule standard and expedited shipments.
• Process material handling requests.
• Monitor and execute FIFO practices.
• Perform additional shipping responsibilities as needed.
• Submit ASN’s for all outbound shipments.
• Manage all shipping paperwork.
• Coordinate with material handling to ensure orders are pulled.
• Assist in scheduling outbound toller deliveries.

Job Description

Broad Function and Purpose of Position: 3rd Shift

To perform clerical duties for the shipping department to include data entry, inventory transactions and reporting, cycle count reporting and analysis and maintenance of shipping documents.
