Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support RSOI and logistics operations by coordinating personnel, equipment, materials, and transportation.

The role works under supervision in an office environment with standard hours; some extended or weekend hours may be required. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in logistics are required, along with an Active Secret clearance and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with customer personnel involved in logistics activities.
• Understand customer requirements and assist in meeting them.
• Support subcontractor activities and liaise between subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Assist in development of proposals and supporting documentation.
• Review logistics performance against requirements, benchmarks, and service agreements.
• Coordinate availability and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Communicate proposed solutions through reports, presentations, and briefings.
• Assist with task prioritization, scheduling, and tracking of work assignments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Report project plans, progress, and results to management.
• Protect and control proprietary materials.
• Stay informed of logistics technologies and apply them.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and tracking tools.
• Provide logistics support services, including data collection and analysis.
• Support lifecycle logistics activities including provisioning and sustainment.
• Assist with lifecycle cost analyses and related studies.
• Participate in logistics support activities such as maintenance planning and repair tracking.
• Assist in design reviews and assess logistics impacts of changes.
• Support compilation and analysis of technical source data.
• Assist in developing training materials and manuals.
• Work in a busy office with standard core hours; extended/weekend hours may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
