Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for pricing, product details, quantities, shipping information, and special instructions.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and pickup schedules.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding product availability, lead times, order status, and shipping updates.
• Track open orders from placement through final delivery.
• Monitor shipping timelines and proactively address delays, discrepancies, or other potential issues.
• Provide customers and sales team members with timely order and delivery updates.
• Coordinate freight and shipping arrangements as needed.
• Maintain accurate order, customer, vendor, and shipping information within company systems.
• Prepare and organize shipping documents, purchase orders, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Assist with resolving damaged shipments, missing items, incorrect orders, returns, and other order-related issues.
• Work closely with sales and operations to ensure customers receive a smooth experience from purchase through delivery.
• Maintain organized records and follow up on outstanding orders and action items.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
