Responsibilities

• Manage shared logistics inboxes and communicate with internal teams, customers, carriers, and brokers.
• Create, review, and distribute transportation documentation (BOLs, shipment paperwork).
• Prepare export documentation and shipping records for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Track requests, provide updates, delays, and escalations to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized logistics records across internal systems.
• Analyze shipment issues and coordinate resolution with carriers, brokers, customers, and teams.
• Support routing decisions and service solutions within business parameters.
• Engage with customers and carriers to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales support to meet objectives.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements for efficiency and service levels.
