Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Missouri to monitor non-active shipments, manage operational exceptions, and maintain timely communication with assigned carriers to ensure smooth day-to-day transportation operations.

The role supports load execution by proactively resolving issues, tracking milestones, and providing accurate status updates to internal stakeholders. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm; Pay: $20-$21/hr with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
• Some experience with order entry or an administrative role, preferably in logistics.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve escalated issues to ensure continuity of operations.
• Ensure rate agreements are executed, signed, and audited for accuracy.
• Monitor dispatched and IR loads and address unassigned or inactive orders.
• Update same-day shipment statuses for timely tracking.
• Track multi-day shipments and resolve pickup/delivery issues.
• Follow up on delivered loads for missing BOL documentation.
• Receive inbound calls from carriers and provide timely support.
• Proactively communicate shipment updates to carriers and internal stakeholders.
