Job summary

The Thermo Bond Buildings LLC logistics team is seeking a dedicated Logistics Assistant to support material flow across manufacturing operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of logistics, warehouse or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Receive, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers; track inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels in ERP/WMS; perform cycle counts.
• Assist with staging and kitting for production.
• Maintain records of shipments, receipts, and logistics activities.
• Ensure safety and quality management compliance.
