Job summary

CM Shredders, L.L.C. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Sarasota, FL to manage the day-to-day flow of materials supporting production of large industrial equipment.

This hands-on role oversees shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy, working with production and scheduling to ensure parts are available for on-time builds and deliveries. The candidate will coordinate shipments, verify PO documentation, maintain cycle counts, and optimize warehouse organization while following safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade, logistics or manufacturing-related training preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving or manufacturing support experience.
• Experience handling large or heavy components preferred.
• Inventory control or cycle counting experience.
• ERP familiarity, specifically Epicor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate handling of inbound and outbound freight.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing documentation; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counting and corrective action.
• Organize warehouse and storage areas to support safe, efficient material flow.
• Stage and deliver raw materials to machining, fabrication and assembly work centers.
• Coordinate closely with scheduling and production teams to prioritize material movement.
