Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring for a logistics support role in Massachusetts. You will ship/receive materials daily, maintain logs, process purchase orders, and assist field technicians with parts inquiries. The position requires 1–3 years in logistics and comfort with Oracle and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in logistics.
• Capable of lifting and handling equipment/tools up to 70 lbs.
• Experience in high-volume transactional environments and/or customer-facing roles.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint).
• Able to master customized IT applications (Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive material daily.
• Maintain shipping/receiving logs and inventory integrity.
• Create PO requisitions and obtain approvals.
• Assist field technicians with parts inquiries.
• Coordinate RMA processes and returns for excess, warranty, or repair materials.
• Perform monthly/quarterly cycle counts and ensure on-time procurement.
