Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize outbound shipments across the U.S.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery performance
• Coordinate daily shipments, partner with Uber Freight and carriers
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery and transit times
• Resolve service issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Analyze transportation data, improve routing and load planning
