You will act as the primary Customer Service Representative, coordinating with carriers, site personnel, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year warehousing or DOT environment experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a logistics coordinator or related role.
• Data entry, filing and telephone/email correspondence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily load planning, routing and deliveries with external partners and operations.
• Serve as the key Customer Service Representative and central communication hub.
• Handle escalated customer service questions via telephone and email.
• Track inventory and prepare units for shipment and delivery.
• Arrange outsourced carriers as needed and provide backup to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
