Kenco Logistics in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to manage load planning, routing, and deliveries, acting as the main customer service point and coordinating with carriers and site personnel to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires 1 year in warehousing or DOT environment, strong communication, and multitasking abilities. Travel is minimal; salary ranges are posted by the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehousing or DOT environment experience.
• At least 6 months as a logistics coordinator or related role.
• Data entry, filing, and telephone/email correspondence duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with high accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily load planning, routing and deliveries using warehouse and transportation management systems with external partners and operations.
• Creates processes that aid in the coordination of all inbound and outbound orders to/from the facility.
• Serve as the key Customer Service Representative and acts as a central communication hub between customers, site personnel, third‑party carriers/planners, and internal network drivers if customer has integration.
• Handle escalated customer service questions/needs via telephone and email with consistent professionalism.
• May be required to track inventory, process units, and prepare for shipment and delivery.
• Assures that all special customer requirements are actioned; enters proper information into the workflow schedule.
• Utilize thorough product knowledge to ensure customers receive the correct product in proper working condition.
• Maintains open communication with customer operations and sales forces regarding scheduled inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Acts as a central communication hub between customers, site personnel, third‑party carriers/planners, and internal network drivers if customer has integration.
• Arranges outsourced carriers as needed.
• Assists Office Supervisor and provides backup as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
