Job summary

Kenco Group in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to manage load planning, routing, and deliveries. You will handle customer load reporting and requests, and may prep and process orders for shipment, serving as the central communication hub among customers, site personnel, third‑party carriers, planners, and drivers.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in warehousing or a DOT environment, plus 6 months in a logistics coordinator

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehousing or DOT-related environment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with high accuracy and professionalism.
• General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and phone/email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily load planning, routing and deliveries with partners and operations.
• Create processes to coordinate inbound/outbound orders to/from the facility.
• Serve as the main Customer Service Representative and hub between customers, site personnel, carriers, planners, and drivers.
• Handle escalated customer service questions via phone and email.
• May track inventory, process units, and prep shipments.
