Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Turnaround Planner Coordinator for a 12-month assignment in Superior, WI, supporting refinery turnaround execution. • Minimum 10 years of refinery or petrochemical turnaround experience
• Experience coordinating turnarounds, outages and major maintenance events
• Experience with field coordination and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and extend hours during turnaround execution

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities for refinery turnaround and outages
• Lead turnaround planning and ensure work package readiness
• Coordinate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Inspection and contractor teams
• Support capital project integration and continuous improvement
