Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support new and existing customer accounts to foster business development.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to all customers via phone, email, or web.
• Oversee order creation, load procurement, negotiation, and freight tendering.
• Monitor shipments from entry to delivery to ensure on-time performance.
• Communicate shipment status and exceptions to customers and carriers.
• Identify cost-effective shipment options and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and records.
• Assist with contractor coordination and problem resolution.
• Handle various duties and projects as assigned.
