CHEP USA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee order fulfilment, inventory balancing, and order execution for Entry Level Markets. You will proactively manage collections and deliveries, coordinate relocations, and provide holiday coverage as part of the logistics team.

The role emphasizes optimizing logistics processes, tracking key performance metrics, and collaborating with customer service, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of warehouse and transportation procedures/operations.
• Experience in SAP BW, LEAN, Siebel.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-time deliveries for a area with ~550 truckloads per week.
• Manage transport routes and optimize schedules to minimize disruptions.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, addressing queries and urgent requests.
• Track performance metrics and resolve variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with business goals.
