Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp is seeking a Logistics Associate to develop a strong foundation in the fuel and lubricants distribution process. You will gain exposure to delivery operations, routing, resource allocation, and safety compliance, while supporting drivers, operations, and customers to ensure reliable service.

The role emphasizes learning, process improvement, and participation in special projects that optimize logistics performance in a dynamic energy supply setting.

Qualifications

• No direct experience required; related college degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas/Fuels/Lubricants is a plus but not required.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn end-to-end fuel and lubes distribution lifecycle from order intake to billing.
• Support planning, routing, dispatch, and driver scheduling with DOT compliance.
• Collaborate with terminals, drivers, and customers to improve service and reliability.
• Analyze logistics data and assist with reports and process improvements.
