Job summary

Solutions 2 GO Inc. is seeking a Logistics Clerk to manage daily client orders, ensuring compliance with Route Guides and coordinating outbound shipments with carriers and CSR teams.

You will use WMS and TMS systems to support on-time pickup, maintain security logs, and assist with inbound scheduling and month-end reporting in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role collaborates with supervisors, purchasing, brokers, and vendors to ensure inventory continuity and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in freight routing, logistics, or transportation coordination.
• Experience with LTL or brokerage preferred.
• Experience with WMS and TMS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Route orders in accordance with routing instructions and vendor guides.
• Serve as the primary contact for western/local vendors and terminal locations.
• Communicate with vendors and CSR teams to confirm routing and shipment requirements.
• Maintain LTL and TL pickup logs and provide documentation for carrier utilization.
• Ensure adherence to MABD delivery requirements.
• Coordinate New Release order allocations with pre-approved schedules.
• Use TMS/WMS and vendor portals to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Generate customer-specific outbound shipment documentation.
• Provide audit support for freight activity.
• Assist with month-end logistics reporting.
• Coordinate inbound shipments and maintain flexibility to support other departments.
