Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in logistics or warehouse ops, 1+ year supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of transport, inventory management, WMS, and TMS. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule and track transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor shipment statuses and resolve transit or delivery issues.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, billing records, and daily operational reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with warehouse staff.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
• Track KPIs and identify process improvements for cost efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams to meet SLAs.
