Total Quality Logistics in Lexington, KY is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our sales teams and coordinate freight with transportation partners. After training, you will become the go-to support to help manage accounts and grow the company.

We offer a base salary of $40,000 plus comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities. The role requires strong communication, sharp organization, and a capacity to work in a fast-paced in-office environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills (face-to-face and over the phone).
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation partners to move freight at favorable and competitive pricing.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution.
• Communicate with internal sales teams and transportations partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.
• Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems.
