Job summary

Heart Med is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement, storage, and tracking of products and materials. The role handles daily warehouse and shipping tasks, maintains records, and coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries.

You will work with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to resolve issues while upholding safety and process standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle packages safely.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists
• Verify shipment information is correctly updated in company systems
• Track deliveries and communicate shipment status
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and customers
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow company procedures for handling, storage, and transportation of goods
• Help resolve delivery delays, order discrepancies, and other logistics issues that impact operations
