Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and training in company systems.
• Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Maintains high level of detail and accuracy in tasks and documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems and commercial order fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute system processing for all shipments daily in ERP.
• Enter data accurately in picking, loading, and confirming shipments.
• Manage all logistics paperwork for shipments for drivers and ERP.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure orders are scanned, picked, and loaded correctly.
• Schedule daily driver deliveries and ensure on-time check-in.
• Report workload to supervisors and booking team.
• Support customer experience team on at-risk orders.
• Address customer-impacting issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
