Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior Customer Service experience.
• Logistics industry experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer booking requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all bookings are accurately rated to facilitate bill of lading creation.
• Track and trace customer cargo and solve general terminal issues.
• Reconcile bookings and load lists.
• Update and manage customer portals for accurate bookings.
