You will liaison between Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Quality to proactively manage readiness, timelines, and production priorities. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, ERP/MRP proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Material Coordination, Production Control, Project Coordination, or Manufacturing Planning.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, material flow, and production scheduling.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review production schedules and ensure materials are available prior to job start dates.
• Track procurement, inventory, fabrication, and material delivery status for assigned projects.
• Coordinate material staging, kitting, and delivery to production areas.
• Generate and manage pick lists through ERP systems.
• Work with Purchasing to expedite critical materials and resolve shortages.
• Monitor project schedules and identify risks that could impact delivery commitments.
• Coordinate activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Inventory teams.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress updates.
• Support cost control efforts by tracking material usage, shortages, and project changes.
• Communicate project status, delays, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
