Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Oklahoma City to support safe, efficient warehouse operations and accurate inventory records. You will partner with team leaders to optimize space utilization and productivity while assisting forklift operators and data stewards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years logistics experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, dispatching or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and shipping operations at finished goods warehouses.
• Coordinate dock operations including dock door assignment and trailer spotting.
• Assign loading and unloading work to forklift operators. Highlight special customer packaging, loading platforms, or inventory requirements that are applicable to the order.
• Review completed pick lists for accuracy and completeness; enter order adjustments, trailer/seal information, and print out shipping paperwork (BOL, etc.).
• Provide systems technical assistance to forklift operators and data stewards by resolving WMS exceptions, RF problems, inventory and location variances, and other situations that arise during normal warehouse operations.
• Assist Manager and Team Leaders in documenting procedures, training new hires, and evaluating the performance of team personnel. Perform warehouse office clerical functions and other duties as assigned.
