Job summary

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of inventory control and/or administrative experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment.
• Experience or capability to work Thursday–Sunday shifts, including Thursday–Friday 12:00PM–8:00PM and Saturday–Sunday 8:00AM–8:00PM
• Flexibility during off shift based on business need
• This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

• Work with leaders to ensure timely and accurate loading of inbound and outbound products
• Provide loading information and complete paperwork
• Monitor reports to ensure products are accounted for

• Manage finished-goods warehouse inventories and make adjustments as needed
• Act as functional expert for SAP EWM and support/train warehouse operators
• Oversee administrative workflows for accurate, timely, reliable, compliant shipment records and reporting
• Complete assigned projects and maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records
• Support efficient operations and effective resource management
