Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office; TMS or WMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipping documents and enter data into systems with accuracy.
• Communicate load status, schedules, and issues with Walmart, carriers, and internal teams.
• Maintain organized records and assist with reporting and basic office tasks.
• Support yard management and appointment scheduling as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to drivers, customers, and coworkers.
