Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Charlotte, NC, is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics support specialist to help process inbound and outbound shipments, enter data accurately, and keep records organized.

You'll coordinate with Walmart, carriers, and internal teams, assist with reporting and office tasks, and support yard scheduling while delivering exceptional service to drivers and customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; TMS or WMS experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities
