Job summary

Thistle Health is seeking a Logistics Coordinator at the Milwaukee hub (St. Francis, WI). You will monitor daily delivery operations, coordinate driver routes, and ensure smooth direct-to-consumer deliveries from start to finish.

Responsibilities include coaching drivers, maintaining rosters, and collaborating with support teams to mitigate issues. A flexible schedule is required, with a focus on reliable, safe deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as a dispatcher or related role; direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver license and proof of insurance.
• CA Food Handlers Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily onsite delivery operations from start to finish.
• Act as primary contact for drivers and route coordination.
• Unload deliveries from trucks or cold storage as needed.
• Check-in drivers and distribute routes.
• Maintain driver roster and document shift reports.
• Train and coach drivers as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Logistics teams to review error reports.
