Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes under the Logistics Manager's guidance. This role ensures the efficient handling of shipments, returns, and inter-island transfers, maintaining accurate records and compliance with shipping regulations. This contracted position lasts 6-9 months.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like IFS is a plus.
• Knowledge of ocean freight, FCL/LCL shipments, and hazardous materials handling (IMO declarations) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in preparing shipping documentation and commercial invoices.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and filing.
• Ability to lift and move boxes (minimum 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and process into the ERP system.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Manager to prepare shipments and arrange transportation.
• Handle returns and inter-island transfers, maintaining proper documentation.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes (min 50 lbs).
