Job summary

Water Fleet LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our Bridge team. You will monitor mobile water and wastewater systems using SCADA and log data in ServiceMax, while coordinating schedules and field resources for timely maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with SCADA/ServiceMax, strong Excel and customer service skills. This role emphasizes reliability, judgment, and alignment with Water Fleet's core values.

Qualifications

Familiarity with control and CRM software/applications such as ServiceMax, SCADA, MS Excel etc.
Passion for being an integral part of a growing company and providing constructive feedback to improve processes.
Great Customer service and Interpersonal skills to interact extensively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

Utilize SCADA to ensure mobile water and wastewater systems remain functional while in operation.
Use ServiceMax to assign work orders and log detailed data about support services.
Create daily schedules/ work orders for remote and on-site systems maintenance and repairs.
Monitor field service personnel locations, work status, and schedules to ensure timely handling of service requests.
Ensure customers expectations are met for equipment performance and maintain good will for future business.
