Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups with our 3PL provider to keep job sites supplied and on schedule
• Track shipments in real time and flag potential delays before they become a problem on site
• Schedule material deliveries around tight construction timelines, site access windows, and crew needs
• Troubleshoot routing, inventory, or delivery issues on the fly and find solutions quickly
• Keep clear, accurate records of shipments, delivery windows, and site receiving logs
• Serve as a daily point of contact between site supervisors, dispatchers, vendors, and our 3PL partner
• Juggle priorities across multiple active job sites without losing track of the details
