Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth flow and shipping of outbound materials.
• Process shipping requests and manage picking slips and stock requisitions.
• Oversee order actions and monitor email requests from the Charlotte Warehouse.
• Maintain shipment records and manage POD applications.
• Initiate shipments within the application and help manage the company fleet.
• Print barcodes for QA, verify signatures, and correct discrepancies.
• Serve as a liaison between sales and warehouse shipping needs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid US driver’s license preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of architectural door materials and hardware.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and proper use of company devices.
• Basic arithmetic, reading orders, writing instructions, and completing forms.
• Ability to work well with others.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This role involves standing, walking, handling items, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The environment includes both office and warehouse settings, with exposure to machinery and weather conditions.
