Overview

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (GIS):

Bowhead seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Mobile, AL, to support the Geographical Information Systems Program (GIS) within the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District, Spatial Data Branch.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dredge operators, systems providers, and DQM team to schedule QA checks.
• Coordinate logistics for QA checks.
• Maintain paperwork and databases related to QA checks.
• Prepare documentation for government compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree PLUS one to two (1-2+) years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment; ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
