MET Express, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Logistics professional in Saddle Brook, NJ to strengthen carrier and customer relationships. The role focuses on building long-lasting carrier partnerships and onboarding new customers while designing supply chain solutions.

You will negotiate rates, manage day-to-day commitments, and collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies. A high-energy, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Transportation/Brokerage experience is a plus.
• Extreme multi-tasking ability.
• Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our partner carriers.
• Negotiate rates and settlements with carriers.
• Ensure that our customer’s freight is picked up and delivered 24/7/365.
• Communicate honestly and proactively with carriers.
• Prospect, contact, and onboard new customers.
• Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Design solutions and help our customers solve their supply chain challenges
• Oversees successful completion of day-to-day commitments
• Collaborate with account leadership to develop pricing strategies
• Identify issues and consult with the customer to determine best course of action and implement solutions
• Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
