Job summary

Crystal Valley is seeking a Full-Time Dispatch Technician in Jackson, MN to coordinate central dispatch of dry fertilizer operations and support the region with efficient logistics at the Jackson dry plant. Ideal candidates have at least three years of agriculture-related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multi-task and plan effectively.

This position is responsible for central dispatching of dry floaters, row crop sprayers, and anhydrous ammonia applicators in the Region 3, as well as mixing and blending of dry fertilizer in Jackson's dry plant. #CrystalValleyMNJobs

Pay Range:

$24-$27/hour starting

• Dry Fertilizer Operations
• Dry Fertilizer Maintenance
• Dry Product Inventory Management

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) year of agriculture related experience
• Demonstrated experience multi-tasking, planning, and prioritizing

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley's drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
