WE'RE LOOKING FOR…

The Fleet Coordinator position supports the network with all maintenance and equipment data. You'll work to maintain our TMW and TMT maintenance systems with all third party invoices and up to date equipment information. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of third party invoices into different maintenance systems
• Managing equipment data in maintenance system such as adding new equipment, placing out of service, inactive, and any other necessary changes
• Writing queries to pull information from maintenance systems
• Negotiate pricing with vendors, assess costs for repairs, and estimates
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience entering data into maintenance systems; TMT/TMW systems .
• Strong understanding of standard repair times (SRT) for Class 6-8 trucks
• Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Valid driver's license
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to pull reports out of Maintenance Software for leadership and team members
