Job summary

Colonial Group in Maiden, NC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to analyze orders for errors and transform data reports with Excel into readable formats. The role focuses on ensuring morning processes run smoothly and reports are printed.

You will troubleshoot orders using JD Edwards 8.1 and 6.1, process UPS shipments, manage production schedules, run manufacturing and customer service reports, and complete end-of-day procedures while communicating effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Clerical skills such as answering phone, data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
• Working knowledge of computer software such as Excel, Word.
• Ability to use hand-held scanners.
• Good communication skills to work with others to resolve issues.
