Job summary

Emplify Health EMS -Ground in La Crosse, WI seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics for the operations and fleet departments. You will assist with equipment tracking, repairs, and troubleshooting, and help create processes related to supply chain management for multiple locations.

You will inventory, maintain, and deliver medical supplies, participate in ambulance preparation, and help with station upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating logistics for medical or emergency services is preferred.
• Ability to create and improve supply chain processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with accreditation criteria and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment tracking, repairs and troubleshooting with Logistics operations supervisor.
• Help create processes and procedures for supply chain management and inventory for multiple locations.
• Identify opportunities for system or operational improvements and communicate them to leadership.
• Maintain and update policies to meet accreditation criteria.
• Inventory, store and deliver medical and other supplies to ambulance stations as needed.
• Participate in ambulance preparation and readiness duties and station maintenance.

This position interacts with all other operational departments.
