You will monitor deliveries across the network, provide real-time support for ordering and issue resolution, validate pallet paperwork for billing, lead process improvements, and share product knowledge with customers while collaborating with internal teams to exceed

Responsibilities

• Monitor the execution of customer deliveries across the network and proactively communicate ETAs or delays to ensure performance indicators are met.
• Provide real-time support for ordering, retrieval and issue resolution.
• Validate and document pallet retrieval paperwork to initiate billing.
• Lead and develop process improvements or design new processes in accordance with the company’s needs and vision.
• Provide customers with strong product knowledge and specifications.
• Collaborate with all business units that impact orders and deliveries to achieve timely and accurate service and exceed customer expectations.
