Job summary

TQL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Greenville, SC. You will receive extensive training to become a logistics expert and work closely with transportation partners to move customer freight, supporting sales teams and driving company growth.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, in-office environment. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, with comprehensive benefits and clear advancement paths.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation partners to move freight at favorable and competitive pricing.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution.
• Communicate with internal sales teams and transportation partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.
• Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems.

Job description

As a Logistics Coordinator for TQL, you will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in the world of logistics and supply chain. After completing training, you will be responsible for working with our transportation partners to find and coordinate available assets to ship and move our customers’ freight. You will become the go-to-support to help our sales teams manage their accounts and directly grow the company.
