Job summary

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for on-site, full-time engagement in Florida. You will coordinate inbound shipments, monitor schedules, and communicate status to internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, managing routing changes, and supporting ISF/Customs documentation while maintaining accurate data in logistics systems. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, scheduling, or transportation coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with the Questto web platform.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Contract to Hire

Compensation: $18-20/hr
