Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, operations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify potential service disruptions.
• Communicate shipment updates with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Resolve shipment delays, service exceptions, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment information within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Ensure all required shipping documentation is complete and organized.
• Build relationships with carriers to support successful shipment execution.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and operational tracking.
• Learn industry best practices while continually expanding logistics knowledge.

What You'll Do
