Role Description

The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Concord, NH. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments across various modes, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with carriers and customers, updating shipment status in internal systems, and proactively resolving service issues or delays. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on rate quotes, routing decisions, and documentation requirements, while maintaining accurate records of freight movements. The Logistics Coordinator supports continuous improvement in operational processes and contributes to a positive, service-focused work environment.
