Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience in warehouse/manufacturing/logistics.
• Ability to load/unload and move materials safely and efficiently.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Experience in fast-paced, changing-priority environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and with good attendance.
• Committed to safety and product quality.
• Team player with positive working relationships.
• Basic computer proficiency; RF scanners/WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, components, work-in-process, and finished goods within warehouse and production areas.
• Supply production lines with required materials to meet schedules.
• Move finished products to storage or shipping locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment safely.
• Load/unload trailers and verify quantities against packing lists and shipping docs.
• Assist with shipping prep and staging activities; provide inventory data to shipping staff.
• Utilize RF scanners to track movement and maintain accuracy; label and tag as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate discrepancies.
