Job summary

The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for a senior Logistics Coordinator who is experienced, organized, and solutions-focused to support shipping, receiving, fulfillment, carrier coordination, and daily warehouse logistics.

You will coordinate daily shipping activities, work with FedEx and other carriers, and mentor Logistics Coordinators and Warehouse Associates while solving day-to-day operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in logistics with senior/lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS/ERP/TMS and related logistics systems; NetSuite a plus.
• Ability to mentor and support team members while remaining hands-on.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and outbound shipments.
• Book and coordinate orders with FedEx and other carriers.
• Monitor logistics workflows to ensure on-time processing and shipping.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and documentation issues in shipments.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and support material movement and staging.
• Provide guidance and training to Logistics Coordinators and Warehouse Associates.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for aLogistics Coordinator who is experienced, organized, and solutions-focused to serve as a senior operational resource supporting shipping, receiving, fulfillment, carrier coordination, and daily warehouse logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and outbound shipment activities.
• Book and coordinate orders and shipments while working closely with FedEx and other transportation carriers.
• Monitor logistics workflows and help ensure customer orders are processed and shipped on time.
• Troubleshoot shipment discrepancies, documentation issues, and other day-to-day operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and support material movement, staging, palletizing, and shipment preparation.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to Logistics Coordinators and Warehouse Associates without serving as a formal people manager.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of logistics experience, including senior- or lead-level operational experience.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, fulfillment, carrier coordination, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, TMS, shipping software, or related logistics systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and support team members while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
