Logistics Coordinator
Dallas, TX $24-$25/hr + Monthly Bonus Direct Hire

Schedule
- Saturday-Sunday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Monday-Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday-Friday Off
- Hours may vary depending on operational coverage needs
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate transportation and deliveries from producers to customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, producers, and vendors
- Monitor shipments and resolve transportation issues
- Communicate pickup schedules and delivery information
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and data entry
- Prepare month-end reports and logistics documentation
- Track inventory and coordinate supply distribution
- Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution
On-Call Expectations
- This is a 24/7 operation and all coordinators participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- On-call coverage includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Company phone and equipment will be provided
- Call volume varies and may range from no calls to several calls during a shift
- Candidates must be comfortable being available for on-call responsibilities as part of the role
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of logistics, transportation, dispatching, customer service, or administrative experience
- Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or suppliers
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Stable work history with limited job hopping
- Desire to build a long-term career in logistics and transportation
Preferred Experience
- Logistics, shipping, transportation, or supply chain experience
- Associate degree preferred
- Dairy, agriculture, or food distribution experience is a plus

Compensation
