Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of logistics, transportation, dispatching, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
• Stable work history with limited job hopping.
• Desire to build a long-term career in logistics and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and deliveries from producers to customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, producers, and vendors
• Monitor shipments and resolve transportation issues
• Communicate pickup schedules and delivery information
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and data entry
• Prepare month-end reports and logistics documentation
• Track inventory and coordinate supply distribution
