Job summary

Randstad USA in Houston is seeking high-performing logistics professionals to join our Control Tower Operations Center as an Operations Specialist or an Account Operations Coordinator, supporting domestic ground freight execution and account management.

You will drive daily shipment execution, support client relationships, optimize load consolidation decisions, and ensure complete data accuracy from origin booking through delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as outlined in qualifications. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in transportation operations, dispatch, or 3PL execution.
• Hands-on TMS experience and familiarity with e2open TMF and Descartes Aljex.

Responsibilities

• Manage origin dispatch, carrier tracking, and real-time execution across FTL, LTL, and Intermodal.
• Audit documents (BOLs/PODs) and reconcile financial entries for accuracy.
• Monitor telematics and resolve in-lane exceptions; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate with accounts and clients, drafting clear exception summaries.
